Very good food and AWESOME service. Went there just a couple hours ago and these girls had the best personalities plus they got me to buy some apple pies that was so delicious
Why does this location hide the ketchup and honey from their customers!!! I waited for 10 minutes for some ketchup due to the staff was busy. By the time I was waited on I asked why they hide it. She wouldn't reply all she would do is walk away. I asked for a manager, she stated it's the store managers decision. So by the time I ate my food it was cold. So I must ask why should it be this difficult?!!!
We've been to fancier, pricier, sit down and be waited on restaurants that I'm pretty sure they Beat their employees at the time click coming in to set the hostile mood for the day, it works great ...!
They are Wonderful Friendly Employees! They WANT to be here and also Want You here!! They come out to the tables asking if they can get you anything else then, Then They Follow Through!!! Unbelievable! This is a Fast-Food Restaurant!
Popeye's has really good Chicken, and the sweet tea is good too. I'm not wild about their sides though. Also, the service can be a bit slow and the guys putting the food in the boxes aren't always super accurate. Usually, we get the right things as far as quantity and type but not the right flavor. For example, I've been here probably 4, maybe 5 times since it opened. of those times, at least a couple times someone with me has ordered the mild chicken, and gotten the spicy. Once it was me getting the spicy. We order to-go, so we never realize it until we've already driven home. Thankfully I can handle the spice, but other people in my family can't.
I really like it here. Tank is most nice person you can meet. Also Qwann I think his name was the most best person you can meet. He had a nice hat. and he always smiled. Move that boy up. Great people
