Cracker use to be my favorite place to eat but the last few times I've been there the food has just been barely warm. Thought I'd try it again today with same results. My husband's greens tasted awful and had to be exchanged for something else.. mashed potatoes were cold and crusted over. Nice place to shop but won't eat there for awhile. May be better another day
Good food, quite crowded but that is mostly due to timing of our visit. The waitress didn't check on us but once after taking our order and that was when she brought the check. So the service could have been better. But the food was great.
In fairness, it was 2 weeks before Christmas and right after The Last Jedi let out, but CB was never THAT good and we felt bad for those girls on their first day. They deserved better. We won't go back.
It is a typical Cracker Barrel. It was clean, staff was friendly & helpful and the food was good. I took mine to go & they filled my order accurately, quickly and included all the little things that sometimes you don't get when you carry out.. breads packed separately and they didn't forget to include the butter..
My husband and we’re looking forward to turkey Thursday. It was good my only complaint was they were a bit skimpy on the turkey, two very small pieces. Over all the food was good for a chain.
They were slammed and got our order wrong. Two separate waitresses on their very first day tried to give us the misordered food - they deserved better training and guidance. She did serve my date's order, which was now cold and said the service manager would be over shortly. When the SM arrived, she explained that the new girl had hit the wrong key when placing the order, that they were fixing my sandwich now and asked if I would like my soup now. (!!) Uh, yeah, soup is customarily served before the entree, was that in question?
Finally got my sandwich which looked slap-dash but was tasty. My date's meal, now cold for 20 minutes (it also had its own separate trip to the kitchen where they added the missing sauce and maybe nuked it to warm it up), was tough and dry, though the sauce was good, even cold.
