Took our drink order & appetizer order. When she brought our drinks took our dinner order.
We just had dinner here tonight. The music was loud and was hip hop music. My parents that i was with are in there 70's and 80's. Not a great experience. My aunt's salad looked like all the lettuce was once frozen and then thawed out. It was all dead and transparent looking. Our server was fine but the noise level for dinner was awful and the food was just ok. Service was good.
Finally got seated. Waited another 20 minutes before waitress came.
The lady manager was the ONLY positive about our experience.
This is my #1 place to eat.Very friendly with a warm family atmosphere. The service is great.I love the food and variety it has. Looking for a great place to eat. Try here and the prices are reasonable.
It was very clear that the Hostess did not want to be there. She stated there was a 15 minute wait which turned into a 30 minute wait. As we waited we saw 7 empty tables. All dirty, but empty.
There wasn't a hostess. But the bartender told us we could sit wherever. Before we got to our table my shoes were sticking bad to the floor. Really bad. There weren't many customers, so we expected relatively swift service. Unfortunately we were mistaken. We paged our waitress and waited about 10 minutes before my boyfriend finally took it upon himself to go to the bar to order our drinks. But the bartender said she had several orders to take and she couldn't help us. A few minutes later 3 waitresses paraded past our table without a glance. We waited another 5-10 minutes before finally deciding to leave, and during that time the 3 waitresses were just standing together talking to each other. We were very disappointed.
Never saw our waitress again. Another server brought out our appetizer & dinner 5 minutes apart. Manager was present but to busy flirting with waitresses & never seen our call button had been activated. Another family seated next to us, still waiting for anyone to acknowledge they were there. Finally saw our waitress & another waitress walk past us, completely ignoring our call button. They were going outside to smoke.
Eat here a couple times a week usually. Great food at great pricing. Service has always been great for us ! Dillon always takes great care of us when we go here and he is working. Really enjoy going here !
Finally a different manager walks up to our table and ask what we need. I told her that we needed ketchup & refill our drinks. I explained the table next to us has been seated there over 30 minutes with no one even taking a drink order. I told her that Service was horrible & we were really not very happy. Manager comped our ticket, apologized. Immediately acknowledged the table next to us.
