Absolutely horrible service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. My whole order was wrong. Had to go back threw the drive threw to get my order corrected. My fault I didn't check it. Get it home and didnt get and of my sides, and biscuits had mold on bottom. Called mgr explained what happened. He told me to come back to get my sides. I told him I don't live near by. He never even apologized.i will never go back
KFC: At least it's better than the old-grease tasting stuff at the deli counter.
The place is really going down. I had the bar all you can eat. They didn't keep any chicken on the bar. The cobbler was half cooked and the rest was barely warm. I will never eat there again
They never have crispy legs or thighs. Always say the just sold out. Well a normal restaurant would see that they are getting low AND COOK SOME MORE! They seem more interested in sweeping the floors, getting dust in my food, than actually cooking chicken.
I've been to this location twice. First time they messed up our drive thru order. Second time, they were out of hot tenders, sweet and tangy sauce, and tea. Probably won't be going back.
This KFC is really "meh." Of the few times I've been here, the only time the buffet didn't look like some sad thing you were sure to get food poisoning from was on a sunday right after the local churches let out. We never get buffet though, so that's not really an issue for us. We get chicken here occasionally, and it's always just very blah and completely underwhelming, even for fast-food chicken. Do yourself a favor, if you want fried chicken, go to Lee's on New Hartford or over on Carter. The only place this KFC beats is (insert every single grocery store / big box store's deli fried chicken here.)
