Set up a move for a month in advance. They said "no problem." I even asked if I could pay a deposit. They said "Nope. Don't need it."
I moved across Kentucky using Pat Hayden. The date we settled on was kept. The workers were very professional and careful loading my belongings. They delivered them the next day, and nothing was broken, and once again, they were very professional. The price was fair, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.
I tell them I'll call on Monday to confirm, which I do. They call me the next day to CANCEL me. What an epic FAIL. I recommend using another company to handle your move, because Pay Hayden is not true to their word, and it's hard to trust someone who can't keep their word and cancels out on people. Go elsewhere!
