They are super helpful and very kind. Made choosing them a very simple decision!
We had storage spaces for over 5 years at this facility. We recently got our last possessions and there were only a few spiders!! Maybe it's the time of year, but I was so happy. Overall, a good experience. They also give a courtesy call in case you forget to pay your bill prior to a late fee charge.

Extra Space Storage Staff is really Friendly, Nice and Polite... The Staff (mainly Paradise) is really helpful.
There's Privacy, w/Security, clean and quiet as far as outside people, with storage units.
