We had an older woman wait on us and she was very rude. I asked her a question and she drank half a bottle of water before she answered me. When I told her someone working there told us we could get 10% off a Christmas tree because we bought the one one on display, she acted like I was lying. When we left she said maybe the guy that said we could have a discount could help us load it in our car. Then she laughed and walked off. Probably won't be back in your store!
Special ordered a commercial gate, had fantastic customer service from Scott in pro services. Gate arrived well before the expected time, and the notification was prompt. Will definitely recommend this store!
Not as good as most visits. Looking at a Samsung gas range. Tried to figure total Btu's. Lit made no since and no one around. Have better luck in lumber, get more help.
The sales people were great I got what I asked for except the installers for the dishwasher don't have the right parts handy so I had to install it myself do you not care for the installation experience, I was very unhappy with it I asked for a a.m. installed and didn't show up until 7 p.m. frustrated
