Had storm window in stock. Home Depot did not. Love Lowe's app even told me where it was at. Man in the department was a great help.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Rude offer no help even when I asked for some. Bought a LARGE amount of flowers mulch and pitting soil. Spoke to some employees in garden area did their best to ignore me. Got worse checking out was by myself asked for help loading my order was ignored. Went to get my 10 bags of mulch left in tears. Tried talking w the young man wouldn't even speak to me he drug around lazily answered his phone I got too hot dizzy almost passed out ask him to help me didn't. I called supervisor said he would speak to him he didn't seem to care either. I work in customer service would be fired on the spot if I ever treated a customer even half that badly. I was so excited over the great prices not worth it. I won't ever go back!
Lowe's has the friendliest, most helpful staff!! I was barely in the door & Dolores came up and asked if I needed help. Boy, did I!
