"I have had to call for help twice with battery issues and twice for towing to garage for repairs . I have two different vehicles thus two batteries. Each time I have had very nice polite repairmen. They have treated me and my vehicles with great respect . They have always made my troubles go away and have been very pleasant while doing so. "
Paid hundreds of dollars just to bring my dad's car back the same week for them to say the engines bad and would cost more to fix than its worth and bought the car for $100 in scrap. I think they just wanted to part out car and take brand new tires. Horrible service very disappointed in hometown business.

My truck was towed lastnight by McCartys keep n mind my 16yr old was driving they towed it without my consent was not notified. I always thought you could choose who you wanted to tow your vehicle, nope not the case here. I went 12hrs later to pick it up I was told how much I needed I got there they tried charging me more. I was charged for 2 days when it was only 12hrs, on top of that it was a Saturday they were opened and was charged a weekend release. The older gentlemen was so disrespectful I've never seen anything like it. He ripped me off so bad he couldn't even look me n the face while talking.. Red flag.. NEVER AGAIN
