This location of PetSmart is great. The staff are always helpful and the items on my list are never out of stock. I only give four stars, due to the staff's unfamiliarity with the online order pick-up. Each time I go to pick up my order, the sales associate regularly has to refer me to management for assistance.
It was nice stepping in a pet store where the staff don't seem to utterly despise the animals. You should still always adopt, though. But still. As far as pet stores go...
Worker did not help me when I I asked to be assisted. She basically said she didn’t have time and walked away.
Always a lovely experience. Slow with checkout but the options are endless.
