Their prices are crazy high. The dog toys are just ridiculous. Dogs go through a lot of toys quickly. Wouldn't you want to sell a lot of cheap dog toys for profit, instead of only slowly selling a few expensive ones? I won't buy them here. I get them for half the price and I know this is a brick and mortar store, but sorry. Prices are waaayy too high!

They have a large selection of dog,cat,small animal, and wildlife foods and needs. Always buy our birdseed there. Best price for the great food that our birds love and it is also the only place I buy my rabbit food.
Not very helpful when you are looking for a specific gender of animal. They won't determine gender nor will they let a customer look at the animals to determine gender. I took my money elsewhere and found a different pet store that would work with us to get the same gender guinea pig as a companion to the guinea pig we already had at home.
