What can brown do for you?
Evidently they can't find a simple address in town. (Guess they dont use Google Maps.) Waited all day on Friday for them to show up only to find out about 9pm checking on the website that they supposedly couldn't deliver. No phone call from the driver or company rep. Ended up calling customer service and verified everything was correct on the delivery address. Now I have to go and pick up myself next week...during a 3-hour window. (Guess they don't deliver on Saturday either.) Haven't had this problem with other delivery companies and businesses finding my house. If I'd known I was going to have to pick it up then I'd done it today while I was off. Now I have to work out trying to get to their center with a ridiculously small window of time when they are open. Not impressed and not happy.
When you can walk in with a box not completely ready to go,be in and out in under 20 seconds.then you know that you picked the the right place to do your shipping

Very disappointed in the hours here. 3pm? Really? I don't even get off work until 330pm. UPS website and CS number says they will be open and delivering packages on Veterans Day yet I have to wait until Monday for some reason.
