Took my diamond earrings in to get some secure back that would fit because several times I had almost lost them. Took a couple of months but finally got them back and took no time till I lost one of them because the back was not secure enough. I am so hurt that I lost one of them that my husband gave me the pair as a gift. If you need something done, I would not recommend this business for two reasons. First they do not do the job as requested or stand behind their work. Second they take forever until you almost forgot about your jewelry being at their shop.
