I worked with Joe Berry in the store and he was great. I made a mistake on my order and he got it corrected quickly before delivery. Chris and co. delivered my mattress and accessories a day early as it worked out for me and them, so that was also great. Overall great experience, excited to sleep on that mattress.

The guys who delivered my bed were fast and friendly. Even though I had an expected time that they were supposed to show up, they called ahead just to make sure I was there and ready for delivery.
I visited this store to test out beds and get a price quote. The sales associate that helped me was Nick Warren. He asked me if there were any specific reasons I was looking for a bed, and based on that he had some recommendations. There was never any up sell or pressure to buy, and he was informative and knowledgable about the products. I was done testing beds and ready to get my quote before there was any discussion of cost, which ended up being so reasonable that I bought the bed before leaving. I do almost all my shopping online, because I loath dealing with "salespeople", but Nick made my experience effortless.
