not very knowledgeable on the product. they charge for installation, there are other options in town that dont' charge for installation that offer same products. I bought 5 different appliances for my house and got them to agree not to charge for installation, now they call me and are telling me that i need to pay for the installation of one of the item for $125 because it is not included. Take your business somewhere else.
Very helpful when we were buying a new washing machine after ours finally died. Nice selection of furniture as well.
Its always a pleasure doing business with them. Jenny was a great help with a new fridge. The delivery guys were great too...courteous and knowledgeable. Locally owned and it's evident by their caring attitude.
Just like the big box stores - GR doesnt have faith in products they sell. They then blame it on extended warranty and want to charge a high service fee to compensate. We could have recieved the same service from the big box stores but chose to go local and got burned. Shame on you GR.!!!!
After spending 2500.00. Less than 1 month the washer started making a loud popping noise. They refuse to fix it! They said that is normal! How is it normal when it wasn't doing that a few weeks ago? 1 person says they have never gotten any complaints on that kind of washer and the guy they sent to look at it said everyone complains about it but there's nothing they can do to fix it until it breaks. And the washer may last 2 years at best. This is ridiculous!!!!! And very unprofessional!!! Don't waste your time with these people
