This store owner has no idea what customer service is. I was not greeted by the owner/store manager when i walked into the store. Not a friendly atmosphere.
As i sat and waited for my key to be cut, i watched three customers walk in and look around. Not one of them was greeted by the owner/manager.
Instead, he just stood behind the counter and just looked at them. No hi, or hello, or can i help you or anything. One of them was a lady walking around looking at safes. She walked around the store for a few minutes and finally took a brochure and left. This store is super small, but seems they are adapting the same customer service practices as Walmart which is sad.
Terrible service. Actually I never even got waited on. The gentleman at the counter sat talking to the woman in front of me for 10 minutes. When they started talking about his shirt and the fabric it was made out of I decided it was time for me to find somewhere else to have my one little key made. Yea Gordon's for doing it for me in less than five minutes.
