I bought my Volkswagen Jetta several years ago and, unfortunately, it only had one key. I had been meaning to make a copy, but had put it off for years since I was very careful with my key and the only way to lock them in the car was if you were actually inside of it, too. Unfortunately, a mistake was made today wherein I needed to jump the battery to my Jetta and the keys were accidentally left in ignition. The gentleman was very professional and courteous. He actually told me what he was going to do and showed me how to do it myself in case it happened again.
