I'm sick a decent amount when I come, even when they are busy they get me in & out.! Great staff.
Missed obvious symptoms which would have effected diagnosis, no physical inspection of areas of body that may indicate the specific ailment. Reliance on inaccurate in office quick tests for strep throat caused it to be undiagnosed but had noticeably enlarged and sore glands been assessed a lab culture would have been ordered. This delayed proper treatment.
The nurse took me to their staff/break room to get my temperature where she retrieve the thermometer off the top of the refrigerator. She didn’t clean it or anything, she just grabbed it off the top of the fridge like it was normal and put it to my forehead. Then the physician was so concentrated on my elevated heart rate (which was explained to be normal for me when I go to doctors offices) that it took her watching me take deep breaths to actually talk about why I was there. I went in for a cough and coughing up green mucus and left with Flonase and a recommendation to take Zyrtec. My discharge paper had a short section about coughing in adults and sinusitis, but there was about 3 pages on nonspecific Tachycardia..
I have been here many times. The staff and doctors are wonderful.
