I have rented from Enterprise in the past and was grateful for the warm atmosphere this time as well. An accident is traumatic and since I was the victim and had to pay myself out of pocket, Alandre went out of his way to make me feel good about my rental. The sympathy he shown made this an easier transition. Thanks for your excellent service!
First of all, the agent used scare tactics when selling their rental insurance telling me he knows people who had to file bankruptcy and even had failed marriages over damage claims. Really? Second, we were told that the only damages they were looking for were dings and scratches to the paint, so when I mentioned the pre-existing scuff on the rubber bumper, he said that was road wear and not to worry about it. Here it is 5 months later and we are getting hit with a damage claim to replace the rubber bumper. The estimator pictures were taken month's after our rental, and repairs were completed 450 miles from where we rented it.

I reserved a car and got to the lot to pick up and was asked if I would like a SUV instead. I chose the SUV and loved it. Left out on Saturday and noticed that the windshield was cracked. This is the 2nd time I have rented and had cracked windshields that I didn't do. But over all everyone was nice and helpful. I will rent again.
