Very disappointed. My dog was to be spade over a week ago she did not tolerate the ane and had to be reversed and brought back a week later. The charge that day was for labs and the ane that was given 60 some dollars(.I knew in advance about the extra 40 for labs). I brought her back in today after being told the charge for being spade was 140.00 no one informed me there would be extra charges for doing ane a different way. 50 dollars extra. After questioning why no one told me about the extra charges I was made to feel stupid by the head office person. She said " if it would have been me i would have ask" did you not ask" really oh my goodness. Where is the minus star for rudeness. You have to hit a star to post.
Wonderful staff. All of their vets are very caring. A little pricey, but excellent caregivers.
They are very professional and treat our dog like their own.
