Not only did the process go smoothly due to Angela's many years of experiences in real estate but she was also always informative and quick to respond. She insured we bought a home that was of great quality with the budget we had. She never came short of enthusiasm and honestly made the stressful procedure fun. I adored her as a person and agent! Live in Alamo Apartments and I really like my apartment and patio. If any thing is not working, appliances, etc., they are in top of getting the problem repaired. Thanks to all of the staff at Tony Clark's. I have lived here for 1 year and really like it!!!!
Rented from Tony Clark up until last year. Had a good experience with them until it was time to move out. I lived in the house for just shy of 4 years, which Kentucky statute states that a landlord cannot charge for carpet related expenses if you rent the house for more than three, they charged me for carpet replacement. Also charged me for items not listed on the agreed upon and signed move out inspection. All in all, they took me for almost $600 over my deposit. Just another way for them to squeeze that last ounce of money out of you before you go on your merry way. Would not recommend anyone to rent from this company.
I called Angela Clark and told her what I was looking for in a house. She met me the next day and showed me exactly what I wanted! I didn't have to look at anything else. I had never bought a house on my own before. I was blessed to have a realtor who could educate me and assist me in finding helpful information about things like inspections, making offers and counter offers, good faith money, and closing procedures. My sale was very small by a realtor's standards and I know her commission was not a lot for an 882 sq foot home. But I felt as important as if I were buying a half million dollar home. I have never had any professional take so much time and interest in looking out for what was best for me. She made buying my first home on my own a fun and exciting experience instead of a stressful one. I chose her because she treated my children as well when selling a home for them. I will never use anyone else.
I rented an apartment through Tony Clark and had nothing but problems. The ceiling leaked every time it rained. We had issues with bedbugs and brown recluse spiders. We also had a window frame that rotted through and was not repaired.
