He was late, I called him to find out when he could be here he said he didn't know and that he'll have to charge me $115 an hr and can't promise to fix it. When I asked him how long he thinks it'll take to determine if he can fix it or not he said I should call someone else and proceeded to cuss me out. Very unprofessional, do not use this guy!
