This place is a joke. Sent my son to pick up a call in order. Same first and last name but different middle initial. They wouldn't let him use my card. Fine by me. They lost the money for the food they made.
I'll start with the service etiquette, it was pretty good the server was busy it was a game night so I won't hold to much on him for that. Now let's get to the food portion of this review. They bring the appetizer out 5 minutes before they bring the food order out every time. It's called an appetizer for a reason, Let me enjoy that as it is not as a side order of fries with my meal! So that's a few points off. Taste and quality of the food. Well the boneless wings had a nice salty taste to them, by salt I don't mean a hint of salt I mean a full on salty I can taste it and I need a drink of water kind of salt. Also there was a massive amount if wing sauce on my boneless wings to the point where I would have to shake a boneless wing to get some of the overwhelming amount of sauce off of it. This is the 5th time in 6 months I've ate here and well it will most likely be the last for me not the company, just this location in general. To me price vs quality is not equal or even 60%-40%.
This is the worstest service ever. 11 servers and a manager standing around. Waited 45 minutes to order drinks, after an hour still haven't ordered food. And it isn't busy. FOOD COLD.
