The machines themselves are decent though the problem is they're never cleaned. You will get inside a washer and find all sort of gunk/residue from god knows what by the different patrons. Disgusting leftover stuff inside. Ugh. Many of the machines are broken in some way, either they don't drain so your clothes get soaked or the dryers don't actually dry your clothes.
It is fairly ghetto. Be sure to use the dryers in the back, the others don't work.
I use the drop-off service and my clothes are always neatly folded. The problem is with the staff. They have a couple people that are very nice, but the other one are rude, never smile and just are not nice to deal with.
If this was a food establishment, they'd probably get shut down for the state it is in. Very ghetto.
Those pictures are very inaccurate. The ceiling is practically missing at this point, the tiles on the floor are absent or broken. There's even a little handwritten sign near the side where someone wrote on it "Well why don't you fix it?!" and they tried to tear a chunk of that off. The place is run-down, a disaster.

Saturday, October 14, 2017 approximately 4:15pm. This place has not changed in years. There are a few new washers, however, there is no place to put the fabric softener so you must use a downy ball at the start. The old washers still have separated compartments for detergent, bleach and softener. Several of the washers still had standing water in the compartments so there was no place for the bleach or softener. Very frustrating. The dryers blow very little heat if any. Cost me nearly $3.00 just to dry one load of regular clothes. The ceiling has been finished and looks good; until it rains again and things start to leak and fall through as before. Most of the dryers are out of order though. The candy machines are out of order. The change machine...out of order. The only up side to this place are the employees. They are extremely nice and helpful. This place has so much potential and very little competition because this is the only one on the west end of Owensboro. What a waste.
