I love their deals and selection on rings, watches, necklaces, wedding jewelry
I have been a customer since 2013. I have received excellent service and care of my rings. But there is one worker that seems to be rude every time I am there (that's when she is working). And the only other thing would be that they are very hard to reach on the phone. You have to call 20 billion times before someone answers, then they act like it's out of their way to answer the phone. I understand they can be busy but part of retail is multitasking.
Friendly careful and easy going people- treated my soon to be fiancée's birthstone ring with care and made it easy to remain certain with my decision on a pearl ring for our engagement. Will be heading back there first when looking for her wedding band C:
