The guy that helped me with a part over the phone probably doesn't have an IQ over 100, which is probably sufficient for this job most of the time. We found the part I needed and the prices were competitive.
Personally I think this guy should have his own show. Any and everytime I call him he knows exactly what I am talking about and it seems as though he knows how to fix anything. Thank you for all you have done to help!
The person missing part of a finger at least treats customers poorly, overcharges, and lies. This is especially true regarding women, or anyone who isn't an aging straight, white male such as himself. Talks down to everyone, which he should reconsider considering how little he knows about anything, on top of being discourteous.
Went to buy a replacement knob for my dryer. Was charged $20.09, including tax. it is available online for $3.75 (same item number) plus minimal shipping. Clerk assured me he was not over-charging. Baloney! I'll not go back and will never recommend this local business. What a rip-off! Found his supplier online where he buys in bulk, I'm sure. Bet he doesn't even pay $3.75 each. Wow.
Overpriced and was rude I never said I didn't want the part but he grab it and placed it under the counter and made rude comments and assumed things like having to pay taxes for my kids to go to school and I don't have any kids in school. Not sure why he thought he could talk to a paying customer like this. I don't mind paying a little more to have the part in hand, but not double . Sorry I wasted my gas and time driving 4 mile to this place. But on a good note I left there and want to green river and got the same part for $20.00 cheaper
