I called to see if any ladies were available to do a first time hair cut and they said yes and I went and when I got there the lady told me they had no available openings. Pisses me off!!!!
THEY SHOULD ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE ONCE IN A WHILE!
The sign on the door clearly states opened until 5pm.
My first 2 visits were great. Then on a Friday at 4:30 I stopped by to get a trim and was greeted at the door by someone who unlocked the door and said "I'm sorry we're closed and we've closed our register down for the night"
Went in for a cut. Decided I wanted color too. I ended up with the coolest cut and color I've ever had. Metallic silver highlights. Love it!!!
Btw...I posted this on their FB page and it was deleted within hours. So I decided to post it publicly.
Stylist not very knowledgeable a d had to ask for instructions from someone. Not a good cut. Jake left on the floor at neighboring station and I was the only one there. Must be a reason.
