I love this gym! The equipment is great and the fact that it is 24 hours and they also provide childcare is even better! Anytime I need something, the staff is there to help. I also love being a part of the local charities! & All of the staff is great! Denise Jarboe is always smiling and friendly!

I love this place. I mostly go to bootcamp & I am seeing results. Yes I get very sore & most times just wish it was over, but every single time I finish I feel as though I've accomplished a major challenge & can't wait for the next class. ..the staff & other people are friendly & extremely encouraging.
