As part of this deal Henry's promised to redo our sidewalk, per our agreement. After the job was done, and payment was remitted in full, the only thing left was to fix our sidewalk. After calling no less than 5 times, and each time being promised to get a call back, I'm still waiting for the sidewalk to be repaired/replaced where they dug through it.

Extremely disappointed. I hope you take the time to read this entire review, as it could save you a lot of time and money.
We had an issue where our toilets were backing up. After inspection it appeared that we needed to replace our sewer line from our house to the tap since it was the old galvanized pipes and they were collapsing. Henry's came out, dug up our front yard (as expected), and claimed to have fixed the issue by installing an all new sewer line to the tap. The gentleman who dug up our yard never completely back-filled the trench that he dug, and not only that, he left a pile of rocks in our front yard which my wife and I had to clean up. And by a pile, I mean a PILE. A scattered plot of rocks here and there I could understand, but this was an insane amount.
So here is where the problem started.
On top of that we continued to have problems with the toilets backing up. So I called Henry's again to let them know. They came out and looked over everything and they apologized. They had to DIG UP OUR YARD AGAIN. When they dug up our yard they discovered that the prior workers never installed the PVC pipe to the tap, NOR did they even lay the complete PVC line to begin with!!!! The foreman apologized for charging me on the original job and admitted that the prior worker did not do his job. Again, my yard was dug up and the PVC was ran to the tap.
Have used them for years for commercial work, and on my rental houses. Always quality work and they are very quick to respond. Highly recommended.

We did about 8k worth of work with henrys and when we called to have two traps glued on they sent a team of 2 and were in and out in 15 minutes. Got the bill and they billed me for 2 hours. I disputed the bill and they responded that it was their policy to charge a minimum of 2 hours!! Shop around before using this company!! They also have employees that offered to work for cash on the weekend outside of the company while his supervisor was there, very unprofessional company!!! Probably why they are not BBB accredited.
Originally our experience with Henry's was wonderful. We had used them in the past for both HVAC work and plumbing work without complaint.
I understand that all businesses have issues and problems from time to time that can't be avoided, but it is how you DEAL with these issues that makes a business shine in my eyes. Henry's handled this issue very poorly and swept it under the rug versus handling it head on.
So Henry's didn't get me once, but twice -- and all for the same job that they admitted was done incorrectly the first time. I'm very disappointed and will never use Henry's again for both my commercial or personal needs.
