I had been looking for new furniture for a while and had shopped everywhere. Had heard about Winner from a friend and thought id give them a try. My salesman Skip was friendly and very knowledgeable. He helped me find the perfect leather couch and reclinback.The price was fabulous too. Furniture came in when and as expected. I love my new furniture and the experience with Winner's. Ill definitely go back.
This whole adventure has been a never ending series of unfortunate events;
3) the delivery guys show up in my driveway while I was at a FUNERAL asking where I was and that they were there to deliver part of my order
5) horrible communication PERIOD
4) the delivery guys informed me that one of my dressers was broken so they didn't bring it
Do NOT shop here! They have very good customer service in the showroom; but they CAN NOT continue the same customer service outside of the show room. I purchased a full bedroom suit and was very excited to receive this beautiful furniture... but here we are almost 4 weeks later and they still have not delivered everything...
Took a month to get 2 bedroom sets one was ok but didn't get a chest delivery people didn't know when I would receive my chest. Gave them a week still nothing got bill and was over charged. I was charged 2 delivery fees so I went to find out what the status of my chest was and about the extra delivery charges. The manager named Rob who has no business being a manager said my chest would be delivered Monday so my wife took the day off to wait well no chest came. We called the warehouse and they knew nothing about it. To make a long story short this is a terrible business and hope they enjoyed the money they got furniture is sub par and the management is even worse. So save your time I don't know how this business will last. I hope that people read this and watch out for rob.
Had the exact couch I was looking for at the best price. Beat the competitions price by around 200.00. We opted out on delivery & was told it would be in the store for us to pick up in 2-6 weeks and to our surprise it was ready for pick up in 2 weeks to the day.
Save your money, your sanity and yourself and SHOP ELSE WHERE!
2) they NEVER called to deliver any thing, I called time and time again following up on the delivery
They tell you that they will work with you within your budget but when you pick what you need at a higher price but they'll switch to the lower priced item when you order. STAY AWAY, FROM THEM!!!!
6) the poor sales guy tried to rectified the situation and promised to hand deliver things 8/20 after we came back from our son's US Coast Guard graduation that we drove to Cape May NJ 14hrs away, only to hear that he was by himself on the promised day in the store and that everyone else was out of town; DUDE you told me 1 week in advance that you would be at my house on sunday and now you are alone in the store? So my husband goes down to the store to pick up the headboard... only to be told he still doesn't have it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Quality of couch was everything we expected... Beyond happy with that. I highly recommend Winners Furniture in Owensboro Ky. I'll definitely go back!!!
