I called them for a simple service call on a Tuesday. They siad they would get out my way the next day or the day after. On wensday I called and she took my information again. The receptionist siad he was busy and would get to me as soon as he could. Now it's Friday! Still the same old thing! I had to go to a different company just to get it done. The customer service and values of holding to there word are not up holding.
