My children and I have always had wonderful experiences. The staff is always so kind. They all take the time to explain the procedures; which is especially wonderful for my little ones who what to know "what's that"!!
Called them re: my son which is HF Autism. Dr Adams addressed the issues with complete understanding and kindness. That was 2 yrs ago. We were doing weekly Vision Therapy sessions and presently bi-weekly Vision Therapy sessions. We drive 1 hour one way just to go to Advantage Eye Care. The staff are just as wonderful as the Doctor's and I highly recommend them especially if you have a loved one with special needs. Dr Adams picked up on other issues my son was having with his eyes that went undetected by the optometrist I took my son to in our hometown. Due to Dr Adams training and knowledge my son has improved tremendously and continues to improve.
Totally love Advantage Eye Care, Dr. Andrew Ward gave me my first pair of glasses, so I have been going there since I was a small child. My three sons, also receive their first glasses from Dr. Roger Jones. We have received excellent care over the years. However; with that being said, I was extremely disappointed with the payment process on my last visit. It was indicated to me that someone new took over their billing service, and payments are no longer allowed on glasses after all these years of being a customer. Other than that, you will receive excellent care!
